Overall Health Picture

We evaluate patients using thorough health history forms.  Our practice provides a number of testing procedures for oral cancer, sleep apnea, and other general health issues.

Patient Autonomy

Of course, you are free to decline any procedure based on your values or beliefs.  We will explain the effects of any decision you make regarding a treatment.

Patients are seen by appointment only.  To schedule an appointment, please contact us during our regular business hours. You may reach one of our receptionists during the following hours listed on our location page.

Emergency Service

We will provide a comprehensive dental care experience to decrease the risks of emergencies.   Please contact our office for assistance if you do experience any sudden problems.  If your call is after business hours, the answering system will provide the best number to reach Dr. Rodd.

Treatment Fees

Due to the increasing cost of billing and bookkeeping services, payment is expected the day of service.  If you require extensive dental care, fees will be outlined at your case consultation appointment.

Your appointment time is especially reserved for you.   If you miss or cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $35 fee may be applied.   Please help us schedule your appointments at the time that is most convenient for you. To accommodate numerous patients, we schedule appointments in the morning and during school or work hours.

Changing Your Appointment

We are aware that certain circumstances may require a re-scheduled appointment.   Please avoid scheduling changes within 48 hours of your original appointment.   Most appointments are generally scheduled six months in advance.

If you must change your appointment, please contact us as soon as you discover this need.  If at all possible, please do not delay contacting us until the day before or day of your scheduled appointment.

Our office will complete the necessary steps to obtain the insurance benefits which are due to you.  You must note that you are ultimately responsible for payment, not your insurance provider.

Special Financial Arrangements

Any special financial arrangements must be provide, in writing, to our office before the start of the treatment.  These arrangements can only be made by the patient or party responsible for payment.  Special financial arrangements can only be provided through a consultation with our financial coordinator.

Please call us for additional details about special financial arrangements.
